With a decree approved by the Cabinet on September 29 , it is given more time to access the membership procedure to regulate the return of capital abroad (Voluntary Disclosure ) , leading to the November 30, 2015 the deadline for submitting applications and 30 December 2015, sending integrations , relationships and attachments.
