Lavoro nero e pagamento in contanti

With the note 9294/2018, the National Labor Inspectorate has clarified that, even in case of undeclared work, where the payment of the payment in cash is ascertained, the pecuniary administrative sanction consisting in the payment of a sum of 1.000,00  to 5,000.00 euro is applicable.
